My Story
Hi, I’m Kasey Signall, the founder of Ops Haus - a boutique operations consultancy created for women-led businesses who want to grow with structure, clarity, and calm.
My career began more than a decade ago in executive and operations management, supporting business owners, directors, and creative leaders to turn their vision into seamless execution.
Over the years, I’ve worked across marketing agencies, corporate offices, creative studios and allied health, refining the systems and processes that make businesses run smoothly.
I built my second business (another virtual assistant business) before stepping into senior operations leadership, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant to the Founder of a national content marketing agency. It was in this role I partnered with the Founder to grow the agency from a sole trader to a 21-strong team, with clients including Afterpay, Modibodi, Koala, Westpac and healthylife.
Through that experience, I discovered my true zone of genius:
